The main focus of Andrea’s school is traditional Tuscan Cuisine: adapting old recipes to the demands of modern working life. Andrea has always been a passionate researcher into old texts on cookery, and her lessons combine a mixture of both ancient and family recipes, coupled with only the healthiest and most authentic local ingredients. The traditions of Tuscany are strongly linked to its flavours and cuisine. We offer our guests cooking classes in the typical Tuscan style, to help them discover our roots and culture in a funny and original way. Learn about the secrets of our cooking, the basic ingredients of our tradition, and the magical way in which we combine them. From bruschetta to homemade pasta to the myriad of crostini, you will bring home a bit of “Tuscanness” to your lunch table.

3.30 pm Visit San Gimignano. Gelato stop at the famous Gelateria di Piazza in San Gimignano . Time to climb the famous Great Tower and free time for the shopping.

5.30 pm Return to your address and end of the tour
